I've decided to quit smoking. After 3 years of being mostly a closet smoker of a pack a day, I've had enough! I have attempted to quit over the past few weeks, but that 36 hour mark stumps me each time.
In beginning my "quit" I turned to on-line support. There's lot of good information and detailed instructions, but I was looking for something more interactive. Which I did find, but of course, they cost!
So I was inspired to journal my experience. I'm 2 hours in which I know sounds so whinny and weak, but I'm doing okay. The purpose of this is to stay in check and keep my promise to myself; I'm Committin' to Quittin'!
